Smudge Brushes I used: Pato's Smudge Brush Set 2 by ~pato92 on deviantART

Settings:




Don't have Other Dynamics checked. Have Smoothing checked.

Shortcuts:
~Ctrl+Alt+Shift+E = Apply Image on new layer
~Ctrl+J = Duplicate Layer
~Ctrl+T = Free Transform (For moving renders/c4ds and resizing)
~Holding shift while resizing keeps the render/c4d's pxl by pxl ratio the same
~Ctrl+Alt+Z = Master Undo
