Hey, so I was just messing around with Photoshop CS4, and was just screwin with the settings. Please rate/hate, and tell me some things I could try out to make it look cooler.

You used cool filters, I like the colors.. so I'll give you 6.75/10. If the picture would have something a bit more interesting on it and there would be something else than just a few filters I would give 10/10
