[Rate] Website Design

Hey there well ive been working on this for about an hour mostly drawing on paper and coming up with ideas. This is a rough draft of what i want it to look like. But anyway rate it so far and if you could contribute any design ideas or anything i should fix please do

I think you should move "Server Name" into the image or above the navigation. Personally I'd remove the first and last "|"'s from the navigation menu but that's just me

Hmm i think it looks a bit plain, i dont know why
There is a black dot in the upper right conor you might wanna erase
and as jim said The servername should be a part of the banner :P

I don't think people understand that you can't make websites like this to a high and desirable quality.
Slicing up pictures for websites doesn't work that well.
So therefore, this gets like a 3/10 for the design, and 1/10 for compatibility.

It's been a while since I've done any web design so I may be entirely wrong but there doesn't seem to be anything that hard in the design.
