Well played around in photoshop a little...what cha think...

i think its a bit to blurry

You blurred the background way to much. The clouds don't fit and the skater is choppy and I have no clue where the read and bright green part of the clouds is coming from it is pretty random.

If you are going for a look similar to my Skate image, try finding an image of a skater and rendering it out then placing it onto a different background, that is what I did, so it was originally a wall and a bike, then I put the skater into it.
