    [Showoff] Guild Banner

    [SIZE="4"]So my guild has had a terrible banner on out guild site for a while, a fanart one. I decided to try to make my own, same dimensions. This is one of the first graphics I've made.

    So they chose to use the first one I've made, and once the guy who can edit it is back, the one below is going up. The grey bar is because I had to save as .jpg to get it under 200kB

    Looks like all you did was add an alliance logo, text, and that little bar. I think a guild banner should incorporate a little bit more than that. Not much improvement over the original banner.

    Maybe a different picture, other than the gates of Ulduar. Possibly some color added to the texts and such?

    Maybe some effects, gradient, IDK, just add some originality, and not just a picture and text.

    o.O only thing I am noticing, which might be because of my crappy monitor, is that the alliance logo is a bit sharper and not as blurry as the first one... that is pretty much it.

    I think you should try adding a little less suck, sorry to be harsh, but c'mon is this a joke I am not getting or what?

    That is because originally the first one was different. They preferred the actual banner rather than some fanart. Now the link is to the same one. Sorry for the confusion.
