Well....had some spare time...fer hours lol...nad figured I make something nice....Well It didn;t turn out exactly like I wanted it to be,but still,I think its good....Lets see what you think people...Rate/CC please

i like the simplicity of it. But the random little "sparkle" dots seem kinda out of place. Maybe have them "dwindling" out into one direction? Other then that, I love it

Those dots were supposed to be stars...but I got scr***d up,and didnt do them...

and spend some more time on the effects of the main text

agreed with narudan, get rid of all the weird effects in the background. make it plain black or a soft radial gradient.

i'd change the main font and work on the effects. the effects are the same and its easy to tell, i see the same "splashes" used 2-4 times. oh yeah, make it easier to read :P

to be honest I think your canvas is much too big.

Narudan and Piersd are correct, focus on your focal (the main text) give it a simple background without the excess text and 'sparkle spots'

the Main text is kinda hard to read, which is somewhat annoying me. If you are going to repeat the effects i.e the grey splotches, then at least blend it more so it isn't as obvious. Flip parts of it around, rotate, erase, and change layer styles. don't get sketched out when you have a lot of layers they are your friend

also, the comment about the randomly placed text... in my opinion if it is art, it isn't random. Everything has a place in an image and if you know how to look for those places it makes text placement a lot easier, even if it looks 'random' it isn't though i agree in this image it is random and they are not in their artistic placement.
