Hey. I need a Sig/Avatar, Please.

Size: (Sig size) This its like 320 x 100 or something idk (photoshop people know :P)

Color: Blueish, maybe a green with maybe some lighter colors?

Text: Make the Text say RyeRye and a cool tiny WoW quote. Preferably under my name have it like "I Twink I Can" (Don't make it look like a guild name!)

VOLITLE TO THE RESCUE... What you use for the rain Flash skills or Pshop?

i used photoshop and the scratch effect but there is betetr ways of doing it like my sig i used the noise effect and messed around with it to get a snow effect and yeh will do ryerye what img you want in there?
