So It Just Looks Like a Normal Empty Photoshop Icon (with FX on it)

No offense MysterioussouL but you can clearly see mistakes in yours.

go to select

select color range, select black, click delete

create new layer

Use the color picker or clone tool and brush or fill in area to what proper color.

Click another new layer, click text tool, type fx


done.
