[Request] Website CSS

Hey graphics section, I could use some help on my guild site: www.eternalwinter.wowstead.com

It has a CSS Feature that will allow me to alter the way the site looks, but I know nothing of how to create a Custom Style Sheet.

If you would look at the site I will point out some things that I want to see if it can be changed, and if someone would be willing to type out the css here on mmowned for me to use.

I want the black box at the top with the gold border that reads "Eternal Winter" replaced with this image: http://i33.tinypic.com/oausl4.jpg

And if it is possible to have the advertisement removed off the top that would be sweet, but im sure wowstead has some feature that wont allow that to happen...

Oh and if anyone can help me out with this problem, I have seen other wowstead sites that have youtube videos posted right on the main page, but when i do it it only shows up as a black box with a little X in the top left hand corner and no video will play.

Change this image in your choice of editor. Then find the line of CSS posted above in your CSS file(it's found in 11.css) and change the height to the new height of the image(or let it be the same if you keep the same height, make sure not to make it too high though as it will overlap with other elements then but atm it got about 20-30px before that happens it looks like). You will also have to change the title text to a space or nothing at all if possible after this .

As for how to remove the ads, I haven't looked at it yet but i'm not sure it can be done easily.
