[Help] Adding URL to an image.

Hey guys. I know that the answer is probably REALLY simple, but how do I make it so that my image has a URL attatched to it, so when you click it you get sent there? This is for my sig.

that would require html, which im not sure you can use in your sig, and also you aren't the required rank to use links in your sig, its contributor+&donator
but if you did want the html it is:

Um, last time i checked i couldn't, i think its only donator^^
