Okay, here's my result.... I know it looks bad, but I tried, I really did

First of all... Seriously, jopic123456789 is too long >.<

But besides that I had a really difficult time coming up with YELLOW crazy smiley that wasn't 100% flat and unusable and or crappy looking. It was really hard to work with the smiley but I tried my best. And why did the smiley have to be yellow? I mean yellow and green aren't really a great match imo. Oh well, I tried.




I think it would be doable and look okay with a vector sig, but you said you wanted shiny and metalic, so it's very hard to incorporate a basically flat image into that style while still giving it depth. I didn't do it very well anyway.
