[AVATAR QUESTION] Full Sized Avatar?

The question was, is there a way to make my avatar to fill up the whole space? Because every avatar I make has a gap on the top and bottom. What are the perfect measurements?

i believe they all have "gaps" on the top and bottom. its just the way it is.
