[Rate] My First Sig Ever!

I was browsin through the forums today and I saw some great sigs.
I thought I would give it a try and this is the outcome:

Attempt number 2.
This time it's alot smaller and I think it looks quite good
I tried to take all of your advice in but I still need to work on the backgrounds.

Anyway, here it is:

To many effects on the render, nice you found the smudge tool

Looks really better smaller, and with some light/shadow effects:

Use some type of C4D In the background.. Usually found at Planetrenders[.]net Easy to register etc. etc.
Also, Borders are nice

I disagree,

in my opinion C4D's are too hard for beginners, it doesn't look good if they use just a c4d as background with no blending in and such..
