[request] A banner for my server

Hello I am in need of someone to make a banner for my server.
I would like it to be animated.

Details:
Start with lightning looking shock then have a pic of Illidan on the left and on the right have it go into red text on a white background (I would like the fount to feather out and fade on the sides) Have it say: Xtreme-WoW PvP Server! Then that fades out and then this comes up in a grey font that is liked cracked and looks like a metal slab if you can do that: Instant 80!
Then have that go away then the next one (just teh same font as the instant 80) Battle grounds working.
(I am just going to post the rest in order same font as the last two)

Thanks Narudan, and by feather out I mean like the second sig of yours the vines but softer and longer
