It looks alright. Not too bad.
I would get rid of the inner glow from the background.
Also whatever the effect you put on the guy, imo it dosnt really look too good.
Other than that, the simplicity of it looks nice.

just some smudging
Duped the image 4 times and put the 3 bottom layers on color dodge
then just smudge em up a bit!

~ and yep deleting the inner glow made it better thx ^^
