Btw Strupantwn, how did you make that thing so the background is less visible on the blue sig. Did you just make a new layer, filled with white, and changed opacity?

I actually got

and turned it around, made it blur, then made it look like it shined.
I don't know thing you talking about though. But I think this is
what the thing you talking about
