yes rep does really matter let me tell you why. the reason some graphics shop owners have rep requirements is because if there was none the owner would have too much work to do. Also because leechers (not referring to you) don't rep you (im talking about the ones who've been here for more than a year) at all and you've just made them a sig. lastly i would love to make a sig for you but then everyone else who has lower the 10 rep will go "how come you gave xatium a sig and not me" then i would pretty much have to lower my rep requirement and then do alot of sigs. The last thing i want to do is be unfair to the others.
