[Guide] Simple Animations

If your animationly challenged like me, this might help you.

I use GifFun for animtions.

((( Stone Design ))) -> GIFfun -> Download

It's a fairly simple program and let's you make simple animated gifs, nothing fancy like flash type stuff.

Basically, you create a separate Jpeg for each frame of the animation.
Then drag the jpegs into the program in the order you want them.
The number next to the picture is the time period between image switching, so you can set it for faster or slower animation.
You can choose how many loops, or to loop forever.

Well..you can do the same with Photoshop, and it isn't more complicated, but with more features. Windows->Animation

I have Photoshop CS3 Extended, I just didn't know how to do it lol. I'm gonna have to mess around with that :P

how do I get it to create a new frame? Either im retarded [probably] or I cant figure it out.

theres a little page looking button that creates a new layer

Okay, when i create my new layer it makes a new frame, then say I add text for some reason it turns the 1st frame to have text instead of just the 2nd.

if you want just the second "frame" to have text click on the second frame or hat you could do select the first frame and add the text and tuen the layer orr or hide it w.e its called then go on from there
