Maybe we can do electric blue water? Also for the back of shirt, lets get a gigantic water polo ball, about same size as that one. Cause for an apparent reason all my team players want the ball to be yellow and the water to look real.

Or something on the back that says PSHS Water Polo, and have a number on our backs and the name on the top of the number.

Back from school now. could you chose a colour for the water and link the image here? cause i cant find a good one. I'm doing a new front from scratch so do you want the splashes to be the same or do you want em to be biger/smaller more/less water drops etc. Sorry if i sound to needy but its hard to get new idés :P

Color of Water: Electric Blue
Ball for the background, I guess just make a circle and just do the lines like how they have it on a real water polo ball. Not a volleyball, like how I've seen before.

With the drops and splashes, I'd say make it look like its being forced into the water, so big splashes. If you want you can probably take a cup of water and drop a small object in there to get an idea.

As in for the back of the shirt, a PSD file for a number and name. Thanks in advance.

think thats a volleyball but i could be wrong it depends what country your from though tbh though as i think different countries use different designs

Yep thats a polo ball, cept our balls are yellow, but there made by the same company. I think the blue ones are with extra grip. Anyways by what I mean by Electric Blue, is like a neon color of blue, something that would look well on a black shirt.
