thats some nice brush work there but i just feel the sig is lacking in certain plces.
it looks as though theres a rectanlge around the render where there is no effects you can almost see where you started the brushing, i think it would have been nicer to have blended the render with the brush work a bit more. also your brush work should be repeated behind the render aswell, theres like a flat blue spot behind him. that needs something added to it; be it a light source or continued brush work

also depsite your involvement of light in the brush work, your light and dark patches dont add up, this doesnt help with the depth of the sig. although it has really nice flow because of the colour choices and your nice brush work the realism factor of the light is confusing and isnt clear. ( i have a feeling what ive just said myself is also confusing so let me try to say it a bit simpler; currently you have multiple light souces in the sig and lots of shadows, but these shadows arent where they should be. .e.g on the right you have light right next to a "black" spot.)
try use the light sources in the renders shoulders throughout the brush work,i think you have done it quite well on the left but the right doesnt seem as "finished".

its a nice bit of work, but with the brush work i just feel it looks a bit flat on the sides at points, which i think lets down pieces of good depth (light/dark) brushing

I added a version 2 which added your suggested changes. ( I will work on brushing behind the render later, don't have time now)
