That's nice I like it, but maybe tone down the brightness seems to be pretty light all over

Its totaly awsome but:
*Maybe add some other colours? like organge?
*The line under his arm and the dots over his arm dose make it look like its broken:P
*His fingers are also quite wierd but that makes it look nice but maybe do it a little clearer.

think it looks very nice, looks nicely finished and has nice flow.
my advice to you would be to incorporate some gradients into the sig, at the moment the left hand side of the sig looks like it has just been washed over with a green/yellow colour. try to get different shades of the colour, moving from dark to light (one side to the other) to give the feel of motion and to help with the depth preventing it looking as flat.

i really like your effects on the render and your colouring, there is really nice flow between the sig and the effects on the render are a nice change to other blending styles.
text/border fit nicely with the sig, overall i think its a nice piece just needs some work on the left to help with the depth of it
