[Showoff] Project "From another perspective"

Something I create a while ago.

The lower part of the image(the water and rocks) is created in Terragen.
That picture was then taking into Photoshop, extended the sky, made a gradient so it got darker at the top. Made stars, made planets, made border..

Anyways, this is the final piece of the image:




Any comments?

This one isnt as good as the other one. I mean i love the consept and the space part is unbeliveable but the water...it looks some very old game graphics. like castlevania lol. if the lower parts where as good as the top parts i would give this 9/10 but now its like a 4/10

well, all the elements seems not to be link between between them... (expect the ground/sea) and the second planet (on the right) looks like ghost oO (too much opacity on his right down corner... look well)
an idea could be good : make a reflect of the sky on the water it could get a + on it.

I'm guessing here...but it's probably a program that generates Terrain in 3d

see the key words

"Terra" or earth

and "gen" generate, or creation.

well, all the elements seems not to be link between between them... (expect the ground/sea) and the second planet (on the right) looks like ghost oO (too much opacity on his right down corner... look well)
an idea could be good : make a reflect of the sky on the water it could get a + on it.

No idea what you mean with "link between them".
The second planet is supposed to be like that(the curve of the planet viewing from is covering that), like half-moon in the reality..

Ye, I was thinking about that after I made the picture that I missed reflection, but ohwell.. if I open up the document again sometime in the future I will add reflection

No idea what you mean with "link between them

well i meen, all those elements got a too hard difference of resolution (pixel), so it's look like a paint of past of piece of paper (lot of "of" isn't it ?)^^ (argh... the language frontier... >ç<)

Thanks I were pretty satisfied with the stars, but the planets were.. ugh.. I suck at planets xD But I really wanted to finish the picture(already spent a week trying to learn how to make planets in seperate documents but it never works out good :S) so I just took the last one I made, and added it, eventhough it's not very good at all >.<
