Taken from WC3 site eh? Looks like the border around the warcraft 3 heros, me likey. Btw volcano, you requested an avatar awhile back in my request thread. It's spring break, I could get it done for you. You still want that bud?

Yea i would love to Shiny And btw i just took the normal border and then took the upper part and turned it around and removed the circle and replaced the upper part to the lower I used it on my Avatar Btw
