I'm new and i guse some other artist also will do it but i'll make a shot (i'm quite bad at this but still). a scout from what game? or u meen rl scout?

its a scout from Shadowbane... it is kind of like a mix b/w hunter and rogue here... can stealth can see stealthers uses a bow wears Light armor is very fast good at solo and finding people

err i didn't know what colors you wanted at all same as the style, render, border and text but this is what i got not that great really great the the render is a bit stretched but thats the best i could do

yours isn't that bad the render i did in mine has alot of pixelation and looks like its been stretched....

Sorry for clottering thread just wanna replay to vemon. I dunno if you got this in photoshot but theres a tool called blu. in that's tool's option you can chose
Sharpen wich takes away pixels also you cant scale it to large then pixels come

to be more specific- a male scout (hunter/rogue combo) with arrow just shot w/ firey bolt like it is goin superfast i will try to find a pic

I would also like a cool saying something clever like - You can't run and you can't hide-
