Can somebody please explain how this works? Been trying it with some friends but we can't figure out how to do it.

Do we alternate back and forth with wins? This seemed to give us a totally neutral net gain.

Do we just have one team lose all the time? This resulted in Team A only getting like 4-5 points a win, and going to 1800 will take an eternity.

Is there some kind of rotation?

I'm on US Orias - Exiles with about 10+ people interested in doing this.

At around 1450 rating winning team gets around 5-7/win.

So keep in mind it will take a long time to get to 1800. But yes, it's an option.
