What exactly do we do? I Entered the 004D2A01 in chat and using / command but neither gave me a result am I missing something?

To run Lua code directly in WildStar Chat you have to use '/eval' chat command.
So use '/eval some_lua_code' then for this stuff use '/eval GameLib.Cheat_MakeMeLevel50()' (without the ')

I don't know if this will be the exact command, however on the PTR Carbine will add an NPC called Cheater McCheaterson allowed you to level up to level 50 instantly, i guess on the PTR this function will do something
