Just turned in the quest about 10 minutes ago.

yeah i just totally screwed myself over, i got -3000 affection with Vette, may i ask how you managed to get 30k positive affection with her? which script did you use?

It really depends on the character, you need to manually go through the process, and figure out which response will give positive affection bonus instead of the one that gives negative affection bonus. Then just edit my script to reflect that change, and you're golden.

ah damn, thanks, but that character is pretty much effed in terms of affection with vette, time to make a bounty hunter

^^ What he said. But I made my own script for it. Let it run a little to long, hence the 30k instead of the 10k that I needed =P
Also, with vette the convo choices for dark are 1-1-3-1-3 and 1-1-3-2-3 for light

I took your script and modified it a bit. It now runs much faster, and no longer requires the window to be active the entire time. I was watching a movie, and had this running in the background. I also included a small GUI to track how many points you're getting so that you don't turn the quest in and realize you're short of your goals.

Nice modification to the script but:

1. You hit space a few too many times on some of the scenes (obviously not a huge deal)
2. With your tracker: There are 3 conversation replies that can get you affection with your companion, so +=45 if the reply choices are set correctly.

Nice modification to the script but:

1. You hit space a few too many times on some of the scenes (obviously not a huge deal)
2. With your tracker: There are 3 conversation replies that can get you affection with your companion, so +=45 if the reply choices are set correctly.

The space part isn't a huge deal, I just left it there in case it sometimes misses one (lag). Also it's more of a template if anything. Notice how I hardcoded all the values, it's really set up to just easily run through, but of course you may have to modify the choices and info just a bit. Not perfect, but it does what I need it to do with little work each time.

I advise you to NOT USE this macro. It's flawed and presses escape near the end of the conversation and does not finish. I ran it for 2 hours, but only got the extra dark side points I did manually (450) and bassicly ruined my new rerolled character, because I couldnt cancel the quest when it showed how much points i would gain.

Need to adjust the timings if your system is slow. It could be pressing space when it doesn't need to. Worked perfect for me, got all 35k points I needed to.

Sorry .. but shouldn't you at least have watched it for 2-3 runs? Don't blame the macro for your system beeing to slow .. i managed to use a equal makro, made by myself, even a little faster ... it's ok to warn and advice to check (even if this should be self-evident) but blaming the well done macro isn't the way to go..

while i couldnt get any of the macros to work (didnt try hard and never used ahk before) i did do it by hand and got like around 17k dark points/~3k companion for khemval so + rep op
