I know I'm a real noob for posting this, but I'm running this on a widescreen laptop and I don't have the option to change the resolution to square screen (or maybe I just can't find it). Every mission has worked fine after moving the screen around a bit, but now I'm stuck at Pakuuni, which I can't seem to get working. Is there a way to do it on a widescreen monitor?
its the ingame resolution of the game client you set to 1024x768 bro not your laptop screen will work on pretty much anything that has that as the minimum screen dimensions if your running winbloze 7 make sure the areo theme is on and it should work fine at the default postion the window sets to
I'm leveling a Jedi Knight right now and Fondor worked like a charm but now that I'm at Makem, I can't get the thing to work regardless of what I do. It's like it just wants to shoot the ships and ignores the mission objectives 90% of the time. Like the best I have got is 5/14. Can someone give me tips or something on making it work, it obviously has to do with pixel detection but most people don't seem to have a problem doing it and even if I tweak colors, brightness, gamma or whatever. nothing helps. I mean I could do Fondor until I get to 28 but that's gonna take ages. lol
Makem for quite a few of us has issues as it targets the health bars of the Shield generators instead of the actual targets. It has done it on pretty much all of the release versions on both of my machines where I leveled two knights and working on other classes.
Is it possible to configure it to make Sullust (lvl 40 empire space mission) work for juggernaut? when i try it, it never kills all the things or it dies, i have all the reccommended equips
Sullust is always going to be very hard to bot, the mass fighter stage in the middle realy does **** you up
What GFX card do you have?
what worked best for me is the following:
set monitor resolution to 1280*1024
For NVIDA make sure zo uset the following (Use no scaling option in Nvidia control panel > display > adjust desktop size and position)
set the ingame resolution to 1024*768
set ingame gfx options to low but enable bloom
I have both an nvdia laptop and an ATI desktop and it really depends on which character which mission works best.
Anyhow good luck
When starting a mission, it makes my toon sit in the captain's chair, but never clicks on the galaxy map.
The only way I have been able to make it work is for me to start the bot when i am already in the galaxy map. But after completion of a successful mission and gathering the reward, the original problem continues. I hit F2, go back to galaxy map, then start again. It's the only way it seems to work for me.
So my plan was to just level a toon from only doing space missions once I get my ship...
Got my ship at about lvl 15.5 (Sith Jugg). I immediately started the space missions using Luckys awesome bot. Over the last week or so, got my character to lvl 27, only doing space missions and upgrading ship when available. I think during the entire time so far, I have only lost 5 missions, everything else 100% success.
So now I am at lvl 27, all space missions are grayed out with no new ones available. I guess I am out of luck and will have to gring the two levels to 29 the old fashion way (which is not a big deal, no qq's here). I was just wondering if there is a way to avoid this and stick strictly with the bot or another method? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
Once again, thanks Lucky!
U can start botting at 12 if u get ship
27-28 u gotta do urself.. there is no mission reward between those 2.. At 28 u can start again. No need to wait till 29.
U could just keep botting, it will go slow but u still get small xp reward from the kills in the missions. U just wont get the full xp reward at the end.
The fastest way is to start doing your class quests, and once you reach class quests that are green and give XP, start doing ALL the quests in that area/planet. You CAN just do space missions, because you get the XP from killing ships/etc, but the quest at the end for completing wont hardly give any XP. So it would take a long time, but you can get through that 1-2 level gap through only space missions, just don't expect it to take one night.
