I really don't find it very interesting so I highly doubt I will be making a purchase for the game however, it still is in beta stages so my opinion could very much change.

I am not ordering.
Tried it, didn't understand what all the big hype was about, its very boring, very grindish and confusing at start.
It seemed very decent to me, only played it today however, played about 3-4 hours of the Beta so can't say definitively yet whether I'd buy it, but its something new whether it can survive (where many other MMOs failed) of keeping its audience after the first 1-2months.
i finally got into the beta maybe 3 hours ago and im enjoying it so much! it has attributes from alot of different mmorpgs, the rifts are fun imo too!
There may be some wonga to be made from RIFT in the first month or so
Pre-ordered the game and I've been playing/testing multiple characters/builds. I've played MMO's for a very long time (Including wow since day 1) and I've never had a MMO strike home like this one does. It's a very solid game and one of the key features I like about the game is the character customization. They did an excellent job with this. I hear a lot of people talking about it being unbalanced, but the game is very balanced around this area. Each class/soul/build has strong points and weak points. You can be whatever you want to be and to me, that's a huge thing. Another thing I like is that the DEVs actually pay attention and listen to the players. They constantly fix things and update things to make the game better, from player feedback and it's working. This isn't some "want to be wow" clone or half finished product (Cataclysm). This game is very well developed and I expect much much greater things from this game in the future. I give RIFT a 8/10 rating. Definitely worth the money and time investment.
After playing it and getting level 30, I can definitely conclude that it is better than current state WoW. The problem with it though, is that it offers nothing new to the genre. It's the same old boring text quest that we all just skip. Its a big race to level cap that is not very fun. Leveling doesn't have to be boring, and endgame shouldn't be the only game.
Maybe I'm spoiled from following The Old Republic for a couple years, and now I expect high quality voice acting, better questing, and a more immersive experience lol.
It is definitely not a bad game compared to current MMOs on the market right now. Like I said, its better than WoW, but not really a step forward.
+rep people who help you
I preordered. I have a 35 assassin on snarebrush ( Parog ).
What's a Parog?
Looking for competitive Valorant team!
I going to buy it if it gets popular in the states.
I'm putting up a guild when it is launched. Probably on EU, but an play on US too.

I hate people like this, makes me wish they were unable to text ANYTHING over the internet so no one would have to hear them.. It's really annoying when people keep throwing out this bull**. "OMG, THIS GAME HAS ARMOR! IT'S OBVIOUSLY A COPY OF WOW BECAUSE WOW HAD ARMOR! WTF GOBLINS, STEAL GOBLINS FROM WOW!!!!" Just, shut the hell up you sound like a 10 year old.
After playing it myself for a while, I found it very enjoyable, even though I haven't gotten over 25. I leveled as a Warrior Tank in RIFT and found is rather interesting and enjoyable, but compared to wow it was very, very clunky, like other games such as AION, AoC, Regular Foreign games. Warhammer though didn't have that feeling when i played it. I found it very frustrating also when pets could hold aggro over me, when I'm a tank. Overall, the rift events are very enjoyable and don't mind the invasions overrunning my Quest Hub, although I greatly disliked one invasion where my quest hub (I was level 11 at the time) was overran by 18 elites. How do a bunch of level 10-12 players take on 12 L18 Elites lol. This game has lots of potential, but in it's current state it poses little threat to WoW.
pre-ordered it a few weeks ago. Havn't touched wow in a few months.
I havent preordered and i wont, I tryed some of the beta's i wish i tryed more, At 1st i was alittle bored i just couldnt be arsed... then this beta i missed most of as i forgot but started on saturday and made a paladin and it was fun! very fun. I will wait a month or two to see how it goes. I got Aion when it 1st came out and it got soooo boring... i even tryed that on beta >.<
All in all, rift is really nice to play. Iv grown out of WoW i think i played it for almost 6 years... maybe it is time for a change.
