WTS BEYOND LvL 70 ArC/Ball Lightning/Vaal Spark Witch (Tanky/Permashock)

The Character is a lvl 70 Witch with high survivability and high damage shocks all targets, while capable of tanking most mobs with ease in Beyond league.

BASICS

The build uses Arc for single- and multitarget damage up to 6 targets and Ball Lightning+Lesser Multiple Projectile for massive number of mobs.
The basic rotation should be one Ball Lightning that shocks all targets it hits(due to the 30% shock chance from the skill tree and the multiple instances of ball lightning hit), conductivity before the ball hits further increasing the shock chance and incoming damage, then either Arc or Ball Lightning spam.
Arc is exceptionally good against beyond packs due to the possibility that chain can jump back to a monster that was hit previously and since it is linked with Life Leech, it gives a high amount of sustainability, making tanking almost all beyond packs possible.
Elemental reflect is usually an issue with high damage builds like this, but since Ball Lightning has continuous damage and arc has Life Leech, with a little attention it is easy to heal the incoming damage.

STATS

The toon has over 3000 HP and over 200 ES with all Elemental Resistances capped.With running Grace and Iron Reflexes, the character has over 44% Physical Damage Reduction and 5% Chance to evade. The Witch is self sustaining, meaning that there is no need to use flasks continuously since the most used spell Arc has both life- and Mana Leech gems linked to it. High burst or massive Ball Lightning Spell can force mana or health flask usage.
There are several lifenodes next to the path the build took so within a few levels and quest completion the HP will further increase.

AURAS

Currently the above mentioned Grace is used, but there are Discipline and Clarity leveled, in case there are plans for transitioning to CI or preferring Lightning penetration and Clarity(leveled as well) over Mana Leech and Grace for lower physical defenses but higher DPS.
As for later, for 5th and 6th link, I would definitely recommend Spell Echo and Lightning Penetration to add to the current Arc.

STASH

The Stash contains few flasks and gems I used while I was leveling the char, few Chaos worth of currencies and some gems that dropped during the leveling process.

BUILD

The Build is not too gear dependent since it scales mostly with the skill tree, so it is easy to focus on the defensive stats. A 5-6 Link would definitely improve the damage, but due to the shock effect the damage is sufficient with the current setup as well.
The current links are Arc+Faster Casting+Life Leech+Mana Leech, Ball Lightning+Lesser Multiple Projectile+Lightning Penetration+Faster Casting and Spell Totem+Vaal Spark+Lightning Penetration+Faster Casting. Vaal Spark is very strong, can clear the whole screen if the totem stays alive and since it is linked to a totem reflect aura is not an issue.

MASTERS

All masters are decently leveled, but two of the key masters are the highest (Catarina caster stats,Elreon accessories stats.) All favor gained while leveling is in tact, nothing has been spent on the hideout yet, so you can customize your own lair to your liking. The crafting stations are all built already.
