Leveling service for brand new accounts/chars. - Details inside.

Looking for quotes on price to level brand new characters on separate accounts for me from level 1-68, (end of merc) with as many refund/skill points remaining as possible.

It would have to be on a specific VPN which I will provide and then take back after it's complete so it stays on the same IP the whole time.

I will give you a skill tree to follow as closely as possible.

If you are going to be giving it leveling items from other accounts that may increase it's risk of getting banned so I need to know about it.

Please post your prices/time estimates. Time isn't a huge deal, i'd rather it be cheaper and take longer.
