Run PoE as a limited user

I used the keyboard shortcut shift + right mouse. And running POE with limited account, when checking in TaskManager/Details and it shows correct running with limited account.... does this indicate the execution is complete? Because I see people using the command line a lot: C:\Windows\System32\runas.exe /user:YOURNAME /savecred "cmd /C cd "C:/Program Files (x86)/Grinding Gear Games/Path of Exile/" && PathOfExile_x64.exe"
Please correct me!!

i have followed the guide fully but game wont launch, i write the password into the cmd then it loads for a few seconds and closes no path of exile opens. any idea what i am doing wrong?

i think my path of exile requires me to run it as adminstrator and i do not know how to disable it wanting me to run it as adminstrator

Is it possible to edit Sound in production_confing in Documents to also work for limited user Poe.exe?

I have:
Target:

C:\Windows\System32\runas.exe /user:poe_user /savecred "cmd /C cd "D:/PoE/" && PathOfExile_x64.exe"

Start in:

D:\PoE\

and my PoE exe is located here:

 "D:\PoE\PathOfExile_x64.exe"

It boots up a CMD I enter my password then it just goes away and nothing happens.

Your problem is because your game is on a different drive..
in order to use CMD and change directory command you have to pass /d.. You can either take your shortcut text and put it into chat gpt and it will fix it for you, Or you can use mine below as a guide.
