For example this path E:/files/docs/PoeHUD

Should i deny Docs folder or Poehud folder? as example above

I would rename the folder to something other than PoeHud then just block that folder not the entire docs folder.

Don't know if it's written somewhere but for me i had to add /D after cd for the shortcut to work

Ah, so that's how you switch drives cleanly. Yes, that should be added to the first post for people that have poe not on their system drive (where cmd would start by default).

I followed all your steps and poe still starts with my admin user (at least taskmanger says that)

here my shortcut ( C:\Windows\System32\runas.exe /user:NEWUSER /savecred "cmd /C cd "C:/Program Files (x86)/Grinding Gear Games/Path of Exile/" && PathOfExile.exe" )

started it with Shift-Right-click and need to login with the new user password.

don't know what i'm doing wrong.

Slightly confused by this, so are we running both POE and POE Hud from the new account? if so is the name of the user in the shortcut target the new account name?

I set up the shortcut posted on page 4 but when i double click the shortcut nothing happens. I have the poe.bat setup in C

C:\Windows\System32\runas.exe /userave /savecred "C:\poe.bat"

also tried this shortcut but still nothing happens

Only Poe needs to be runned as a limited user.

Hey,

i denied all access for the limited user. if i shift-right-click and start as limited-user a msg pop up and says i don't have the rights. passw. and user is correct. seems that i miss s.th..

edit: i don't have access to the folder, if i switch to the new user
