Its hard to say without more context. Double check all the values. ALso, keep in mind the slider means "below this value" so if you have it set to 100%, it will use it once you hit 99%. Your mana flask will stop being used (usually) if you hit 100% since your mana will be full.
Make sure all your settings are good too, like I think here is a minimum mana value too to say "Use if I have below 50 mana." I forget what the priority of all of those are... been a good while since I've looked at the code.

According to information you gave me one cant set flask to be up all the time. Like if you have a mana flask with queue mod with reduced mana usage which you'd want to be always up. You cant craft implicit used when full on mana pots either

It sounds like you want more advanced logic, so you should check out BuildYourOwnRoutine which is bundled into this. It also comes with a basic BasicFlaskRoutine example tree for you to start with.

it seems basicflaskroutine doesnt understand the difference between having cast speed mod on some flask compared to movement speed so its not using quicksilver then. Anyone have solution for this?

Hello, I am playing client language in Korean. Maybe because I use Korean, I don't think all flasks are automatically used. So I changed the names of all Life, Mana, and Hybrid flasks in the Russian folder to Korean. But do you set them up and run them? ???? This is how the flask name comes up and doesn't automatically use them. Can you tell me how to change the language in detail?

I think for now, everyone's using ReAgent for flasking. I'd recommend setting that up instead. I'm not sure there is really a need for a completely separate flask plugin anymore
