What is the load directory thing useful for? Can i use it to say, replace skill files to get something like demonic reave skill effect instead of classic reave?
Hi. Your tool is awesome! I want to use this same idea to quickly replace multiple texture files after each patch. Can you give me any pointers on how to modify your source code to do that?

"Load directory" imports mass files (directory & subdirectories) and can be used for anything.
So yes, you can replace any skill/MTX - in combo with "GGPK Search", it helps a lot.
But I hope everyone who know how to do it won't do it. Selling MTX is the main GGG income, so I really don't recommend to touch MTX files.

Added "Casual Mode". Slide & click the only one button. Auto save/load backups included.

Program requires write-access. Make sure your system doesn't block it.

Most skills you can find in GGPKSearch window: just query a part of name - get the full path.
There're some skills with inner names, getting these are much harder (GGPKSearch -> brotli -> check files in attach). I'm trying to make it easier.
Everything is fine as for me.
Logger informs GGG removed two files since April, nothing interesting.
Make sure you downloaded the latest version: Releases . ajaxvs/poeNullParticles . GitHub (atm it's "poeNullEffects v. 180404" - 5 Apr) and disable effects again after big updates.
If you still have any issues please provide me more details.
Have somebody any idea how to disable the effects/animations of the player spell "Icestorm"?
Casting this spell is only available through the unique Vile Staff " The Whispering Ice".
Especially with use of "Spell Cascade Support" gem, the enhanced animations - like triple icesotrm - are dropping extremely the fps.
Thank you so much! It's finally made the game fully playable. With that said I have a few comments/questions:
- For those you encountering any issues with the ggpk file, deleting it and having the launcher re-download it fixed any of my problems.
- In casual mode, with the slider all the way to Max FPS does that include disabling of the particles and effects as well? Or do we need to separately disable those?
- Is there any importance to the particles and/or effects that we should leave them on?
Yes, "Max FPS" slider option disables all particles and effects.

It depends on your individual needs so much. Most users should just press the button with default options ("rule 2") and most important particles won't be disabled (see "Except" list).
Also getting "Failed to load ggpk: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown." although it's still possible to open the content file with poesmoother.
