Ignore what I said. I decided to take a quick look, it was as easy as I'd hoped. And offset was off by 4. I didn't test everything, but health bars, preload alerts, and item alerts are working.

Yes. Especially in a league/race where a ton of items drop. I'd suggest a strict loot filter.

I believe there is a merge request that will help with this, as well, which I'll merge once I give it a good look over.

I actually had to turn on a very strict filter to avoid this, especially on breaches, it was brutal.

Also have to turn off HP bars as they seem to bug out like crazy when group playing with so many mobs.

What version? I play standalone directx 11 and they show up just fine.

Ahh, found the reason, i don't know why, but toggling "monster alert off" makes it so it doesn't show monsters, it doesn't do that when you disable them both under the "monster alert" settings though.

Sounds like a bug, I'll look into it.

Is there any plugin, that say what kind of dmg type a NPC/mob have?
Would love to easy see it, new to the game and playing the 10 days league right now and im lvl 55 right now

Patch notes are out and judging by them not too many big things seem to be changed, a lot of minor changes though.
