PoEHUD - Overlay for Path of Exile (Updated for 3.0)

I feel that this league has really showcased just how laggy PoeHud is becoming. The draw rate of the map icons can't seem to keep up and become an entire slideshow near legion mobs. Plugins like pickit can have a 1-2 second delay between pickup because of the number of mobs around. I don't know if the performance tab can do anything about this since there's no tooltips on what the options do.

This guy is saying real things, something is happening with the performance of the tool and it is a real pain.
that is how i am setting that up in this league, hud stutters a lot, especially when there are a lot of monsters around and legion shit (chests, drops, mobs itself).
Also playing on 1280x720 resolution with lowest settings, while native is 1080p with RTX 2080Ti
I remember earlier someone was working on a version with better performance for "wooden pcs" (mine is definitely not wooden, but i would love that version) and seems like it doesn't get updated anymore
would really love some performance fixes/improvements.

Weird, hud works fine for me, it's PoE that's is running like dog shit. Hud even works while poe is freezing and dropping to 5 frames, still updating visuals like mouse tracker etc.

No performance issues for me. The only time i had performance issues is when enemy healthbars was turned on, other than that its flawless

Can you screenshot me your performance tab settings when the hud is back alive? That is really weird, since I've just played without HUD for a while and it was all good. And it becomes really horrible especially during legion encounters I can see that its the HUD being frozen/stuttering/reacting slower on pickit keys etc, while the game runs smooth.

I could still use part of it if I open the POEhud on the login screen. The basicflaskplugin does not work for me ATM, but I could still use MoveToStash and Clickit and Randomfuction which are what I am using mostly

But yes it requires an update

You can do it a few ways. If you set up the repository on your machine, you can just pull the changes down, delete the old exe, and it'll leave your old settings/plugins/etc. in place. But yes, you can also just download it fresh and copy and paste it into the old folder, as well.
