Was there any person/group of persons who bothered you and made you close the public version because of them? This software helps A LOT of people turn PoE from a lag shitfest into a playable game.The playerbase might take a slight hit if poe smoother is no longer available.

I would really appreciate it as without your program I cant play the game and this bug is incredibly annoying. And thank you for all your help in the past.

To fix this i had to update more than 75% of the tool files...because i didn't really knew what was the cause of it, so i rewrite them all in the end.

And i can't do any more public releases because there are people who already paid for it...

honestly mate thats a cop out. You want to make money from it which is fair enough. But you owe it to all the people who rely on your program to fix the bug or else they are stuck not being able to play the game. Even if you just made a release which didnt have all the functionality of the private one but just fixed that bug that would be great.

Ok, i understand you, i'm not a moron and i know that there are some poor people like myself who wants to play the game and now they can't because,
GGG doesn't need or give a fuk' about poor players to play their game , they need to sell those MTX non-stop!

Like i said above, i don't know what was the cause of that error and i had to remake the entire tool, and i can't release it for free when i have people who paid for it.

If I was a cynic I'd say you released a deliberately buggy version in order to have an excuse to get people to pay for the real version. The older version never had this bug...
