Running the .bat file searches its current location for all .exe programs and attempts to open them all.
As weedworm31 has said, creating a shortcut of the .bat file will make it run as normal.

As for the malware part, TehCheat and others have said the code inside it that changes the exe name and such is most likely to culprit as its not normal for a regular program to do so and is a trait of most viruses.

Is there a reason when I ran this program it started openeding all sorts of shit on its own including network settings and changing parameters on my computer as well as poping hot for malware? I've been using g this program for a year or so and never had this happen until I redownloaded it this morning and tried running it.... doing a complete wipe of my drives after that incident

That usually happens because someone runs the .bat file as admin, which runs all the exes in the system folder.

Currency tab may need fixing with the changes they made to it.

I think Zaafar set up tabs to count children to determine what type they are and the child count would have changed. So we will have to get that fixed.

I can not use HUD x86 with ubuntu 16.04 + wine 2.13
actually,i can run it and get info (map name etc...),but i got a black screen which show HUD's info,i n other words,it is look like a mask,and cover POE,but i can not click anything(POE or HUD)

the version is master x86 newst,2017.08.26

there is a small bug in dx9 :'(
i was farming location, then created new instance but preloads and timer didnt change, i tried again and again but they were still the same
they changed only when i went to different location and after that come back
also sometimes timer and preloads dont change even when you come to different location
you can catch this bug pretty easily just by reopening instances 5-6 times in a row

Sounds like the area hash offset is not correct. I'll take a look. Thanks for the report!

Tried using x86 version, the program seems to load but bring nothing on screen.

x64 work fine.
