After new Poe HUD update from last night,HUD on every 5-10 min crush. I dont know what you do wrong,but sry,HUD now is every time broken.
Previous version work like sharm,and previous version have green chest icon when on map is Perandus chest,in new version,is again old white icon on map where is Perandus chest

I'd like to point out that I didn't play after the patch they deployed last night, so if that broke things (pretty sure it did), I'll fix them later today.
Finding search patterns for offsets is at the top of my list. Right now someone has to go find offsets after every patch if they change. Guessing this is what happened.

As far as I know, this patch screwed the offsets. At least it did for me. No Preloads work for me. I've had Cadiro spawn in 2 areas, tons of chests and a few Tormented spirits, none of them showed up.

On steam doesen't work poe hud open normal but dont say corrupted title/box/cadiro/masters

There was a patch last night and after I updated this morning, POEHUD wasn't working properly anymore for the steam version. GGG, why you do dis?!?! We need a fix please.

If the Steam AreaChange offset that was reported on the last page is accurate, it jumped back 0x1000 bytes. If the regular client did as well, this offset should work 0x9BA4C8. If not, either someone can poke around at it, or I'll get to it in ~7 hours (it's really easy to find, just do a search for an unknown value, change areas, and refine search for increased by 1, repeat the area change/search part a few times).
EDIT: Regular client's areachange offset didn't move.
I updated the steam AreaChangeOffset (according to kookiekrak's post here (PoEHUD Overlay Updated)). I also changed the CollectEntities function to increment the endless loop protection counter at the start of the loop rather than at a spot it might never reach in an endless loop situation. I'll probably look at it a bit closer and have it kill the loop if the address ever gets read as 0.

Steam. Today patch has nothing to do with issue, since I already reported it weak ago on github. Was running Solaris Temple for ~ 20 hours, Perandus Chests showing 90% of time, but not 100%. Not related to offsets as well since i was logging all preloads to file and trying to figure out what was wrong with it.

Remember about this patch: it lets you develop code easier

Darkshrine was a feature of previous HUD Versions. I was trying to figure if I could add anything to the preload alerts config file but my attempts were unsuccessful. Am I doing something wrong or does it need to be hardcoded in order to provide that info?
