Ok, just downloaded your version from db, deleted old files and start exe with admins rights. Nothing working except dps calc. Debug window show that not in game....Maybe question that what version we play? 64bit dx 11 or dx9?

If you run steam or garena it probably won't work(my guess).

Try run it without 64bit for now. That's probably the case.

Yes man, you was right. Only dx 9, non 64x dx11 work. Just start dx 9 version and its ok. Thanks a lot, work like a sharm....
