I ported the old particle emitter into my new cheat table. I'm also reasonably sure Gurud adopted it aswell.

If the emitter that I provided (which disables all particles) isn't what your after, say so and I'll look into porting the other functions over. I never used the old particle stuff so I never really was sure what they did, if they warranted my time to repair them.
