    AFK Chieftan Simulacrum Farmer

    So this is a basic bot for use with the ExileAPI to auto farm simulacrums. The logic is NOT well written. I cobbled it together from some old scripts I had, some AI code and maybe two brain cells.
    It works though even if it gets stuck every few hours. Figured I may as well post a basic working version incase anyone wants to use it.

    This is intended for use with the AFK Chieftain simulacrum farming build. The bot wanders into large groups of enemies and stands there while everything dies.
    It casts Penance mark (Q) on the rarest nearby monster to spawn more mobs to explode and trigger cast on stun.
    It casts breach (T) 45 seconds into each round as that seems like a good enough timing to help clear out remaining tough enemies/bosses.
    It uses a movement skill to try to get un-stuck and to get to its destination faster (W)

    It uses the E key for movement, NOT clicking! Check your binds before you claim it doesn't work.


    The bot will give up on a simulacrum if it takes too long or dies too many times on a single wave.
    Make sure you start the bot with your main dump tab selected as it will stop the bot if storage is full.


    Again, I cannot stress enough how embarrassing the underlying code is. Still I figured if it's working well enough for me to run on my other computer then I may as well post it. Maybe someone will decide to clean it up and make something actually good out of it.

    Install Instructions

    Place the files downloaded from GitHub (from the 'Compiled' folder) in /Plugins/Compiled/Agent
    It will then show in your plugin list and is ready for use.

    doesn't show up in the plugin list after cloning it with pluginupdater.

    That would be because I posted the compiled version. Copy the files into plugins/compiled/Agent as shown in github.

    oh god, just sold my cws build few days ago, now i have to make a new one...
    oh and care to share that cws pob of yours? i'd love to see a real pob from a fellow ownedcore

    There was a request for the source so I've gone ahead and posted that.

    Deleted a bit of the redundant code, tweaked the default settings file and added a configurable delay after wave end before starting a new one (sometimes loot would get lost because you'd start a new wave too quickly).

    As mentioned before, the code is a absolute mess but I've got things working well enough that I can run for a few hours without getting stuck.



    Are there any other super straight forward farming methods people want a bot for? Something that's largely repeating the same logic over and over again without worrying about dying to random crap?
    I had started to write something for AFK blight but getting the looting logic to work consistently was a pain.

    Thank you so much for this, it's awesome! Good job!

    The precompiled version you posted has been working fine but I can't seem to get the new update to compile. I get an error message "CS0246: The
    type or namespace name 'ExileCore' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)" over and over and over.

    I don't know how straightforward it would be to do, but I've been bouncing back and forth between Sims and Essence farming with my CWS build all league and it's been very chill and profitable. Just something that could click the remnant button for MEDS for me would make it basically afk at that point.

    Would love if you could add support for some other build too^^

    my merc supporter is far superior than my cwdt for simu. needs to click flame link on merc every 40 sec (once per round) and thats it and consistently generates 6+ rewards per round.

    Before the update, the .dll file was listed in the Plugin list, but after the update, it does not appear in the Plugin list.

    I've been using the compiled version from a few days ago and it works great! Good job!

    cant get it to load in exileapi

    getting some errors and seems like it isn't working properly. bot keeps trying to move into a wall.

    is w supposed to be movement skill or move only?

    edit2: oh, found the issue. offset movement points only works in windowed fullscreen mode. it does not work properly in windowed mode 1920x1080 vs my native 2560x1440.

    I would like a version of AFK Chieftan without auto skills. This would make it compatible with most builds.
    [ move → Pre-set delay (varies depending on build power) “Main attack during delay”] Repeat.
    It would be ideal to be able to set the main skill in advance, but if necessary, you can also set it individually using the “ReAgent” plugin.

    The issue I had with trading is that the stash items don't have their X/Y position populated. Unsure if this is something purposefully left out of the API or a bad version update but it meant I had to try to use the item name and then try to match that against the stats in inventory (so match the stash tab, item name and item price) to try to find the right one. That works for most things but is still frustrating when the actual item data is layered many components deep.

    Realistically I just need to sit down and build a basic helper method that pulls all the details needed into a simplified class but it was a pain to troubleshoot so I never finished it.

    Agreed, there's a lot that can be customized to get it to be more generic. From a 'good enough' perspective though, any build that's largely automated damage and just needs to cast spells every few seconds should work fine with this.

    You can set as low as a 1 second frequency for merc targeting with the T skill, the curse skill casts every few seconds at nearest/strongest enemy and the movement spell casts quite often as well. For things like semi auto bombers or minion builds, that can just as easily be repurposed for your offering skills for example but more customization would of course be powerful.
