ExileApi 3.23 and beyond - Plugin framework

Today's update to the game seems to have broken everything for me, as well as introduced the error above that others have been getting, which renders ExileAPI unable to be used. Rolling back drivers as suggested above did not resolve the problem for me.

Hopefully cheatingeagle or the others graciously helping maintain this amazing software, have some time soon to overcome these issues.

Classic move GGG. When i finally have some free time they brick the engine

P.S. Game is so much smoother without monster icons.

Definitely not updating to that PoS Win11.
