EPIC NPC Database Possibly Compromised (re-read thread - IMPORTANT UPDATE)
We've been seeing few traders here on OC getting their account accessed by hackers in past couple of days, first case actually included supposed hacker claiming he got pass from epic npc database and we did confirmed with another user that also used the same password here and on Epic NPC - so either tho we cannot confirm it for sure (it has only been few traders, but that's still unusual number for such a short period of time) there's a strong possibility you are in danger if you share the same email / pass with epic npc - if you do, change your passwords immediately and attach authenticator.
Also a reminder that if you are a trader and you haven't secured your account properly with an authenticator you will be held responsible for any scams that happen from your account!

Important update:
We've confirmed with epic npc admin that DB was compromised, however incident was not recent - it took place 6 month ago / they took necessarily measurements to protect their users after that, meaning that your Epic npc account is not in danger, however as mentioned above - if at any point you shared password between both sites, skype or emails you absolutely need to change your password because anyone trying to access your epic npc account and failing will also be aware that you might share the same pass on both sites.
