The state of the game,player base, private servers and more.

Hello everybody

I would like to ask a few questions about WAR, I played it when it first came out, great game imo .

I am actually thinking of becoming a paying player again.

But I stopped playing it due to the large decrease in players.

I would just like to ask:

Do any of you still play the game?

Have they fixed major issues in it over the past few years?

Are their any populated private servers?

Still playing and loving it, population is great on the servers that are left.

If anyone know a private server I'd love to know more about it!

I don't actively play but I check in at least once a month or so on Badlands-destruction. The pop is obviously low, but the way the main objectives the game are designed allow everything to still feel right. The whole server is basically drawn to one place at a time so even if there are only 300 people playing, there will theoretically be a massive battle at whatever keep or battle objective is actively being attacked/defended. So far, even with the massive drop in population after WotLK came out, it hasn't really gotten to the point where you won't have fun. This game also has some really great lore and if you haven't done so, I recommend questing through different hubs and reading the text + following the story. It's tons of fun.
