Serious APB Clan

Hello MMOwned!

I have been looking for a very serious APB clan for a while, and I now decided to create my own. I know there is a clan created by some of the members here, but I'm looking for something more serious.

Current plan of creation:

1. Make up a name.
2. Find a Symbol Maker.
3. Make in-game roles, like Logistics, Tactician, Rusher and more.
4. Find interested players to take important part of the clan.
5. Start recruiting (Not mass invite, I'm more into the small dedicated clan than the big no-skill clan).

And my clan isn't serious D:? The only reason there's no big clan-action yet is because of the lack of members.
