Independent UI Settings for Each Character
Warning: Make sure you rename your AllCharacters folder in the Warhammer Online/user/Interface folder because your current settings may be erased.

Find the file UserSettings.xml in your Warhammer Online/user folder and open it.
Find save_settings_per_character=false" and change it to save_settings_per_character="true"
Your UI settings will now be saved in the folder hierarchy: Warhammer Online/user/Interface/{SERVER]/{CHARACTER}
Login in to check your settings, if you need to restore your previous settings just copy the contents of your backed up AllCharacters folder into your character's new folder.
