Patch Won't Install?

Hi people, if like me your patch wont install, here is a method of how to fix it. I got this off the Blizzard forums so dont thnak me for it

Make a new account with a password (Im sure you all know how to do that)
Right click the file, choose run as.
Then choose the acount you just made, and type it in

Just rember there are over 1,000,000 People trying to download the patch

im not talking about the download im talking about installing it^^
