    Max Charm, Dignity, or Ferocity

    Edit- (Not just the specific one I had) I've actually noticed this with most people after completing a quest inside an instance and talking to anyone after sometimes they give you one of the three options in dialogue and you can just repeat to boost whichever you want.

    Well in the main story quest sometimes options will be available to you if you have a higher trait in one of the three just like mass effect.
